Picture from Saint Peter's Basilica in the Vatican.
The light was shining in from one of the windows directly onto the crowd below - I couldn't turn the shot down. I've got a number of these shots at varying exposures but this is the only one with such a distinct highlight of the people below.
This photo was taken at ISO 1600. (For some reason Zooomr doesn't show ISO in it's EXIF information...)

This photograph was taken in a shop located just off the side of Piazza Di Peitra in Roma on my Italia 2006 vacation.
The repetitive layout of the stock was perfect for photography as demonstrated by this small series.

I'm not sure what the artifacts in this photograph are (in the lamp and dark spot in the sky)... Probably didn't have the lens hood on?

The end of the first day of the photography workshop I took part in was to do a photo essay of China Town in London. This is one of my essay photographs.

This was another play with exposure. Due to the extreme brightness I really over exposed the photograph to bring out the flowers in the foreground. With a washed out sky as a side-effect it becomes a very nice image.

Nothing quite as distinctive as a Telephone Box (phone booth for our american friends) in London. These two sit down an alley approaching Leicester Square.

If anyone knows where in NYC I took this photo let me know so I can geotag it. I can't remember. I think it was somewhere near Radio City on West 49th St.

Please excuse this - my first attempt at a panorama.
This was cobbled together from some images I took while staying at my Aunty and Uncles house down in Torquay. They weren't intended for a panorama shot (they don't all share the same focus), but I wanted to try it out anyway.

A break from the series. Saturday breakfast @ The Squeeze in Leigh-on-Sea. This image was taken with my SonyEricsson K600i Phone. Not to bad of an image for a phone - but grainy image at full size.
Btw: It was delicious - Great smoothies and juices and shots.

This strange walkway between buildings is in Covent Garden. From below it looks as if you would be walking in a twist, but actually the walkway is straight and the shell twists around. Wierd stuff.
