It's nice to get something other than bills in the mail! These are the galleys for my story in the Two of the Deadliest anthology. Yes, it's mostly an envelope, but I wasn't sure how much I was allowed to show. I'm very excited. Publication isn't until April, though.

The DART tracks run past Apparicio's dining room window. We enjoyed a yummy Tex-Mex breakfast out of the heat. On the other side of the tracks - the old part of town, where many of the houses have been lovingly restored.

This was shot at our monthly electronics recycling event. The city works with an environmentally responsible electronics recycling firm to collect e-waste so it doesn't go into the landfill. We dropped off a literal truckload of old computer monitors and television sets.
